Are You Ready for PDGM?

The Patient-Driven Groupings Model (PDGM), slated for implementation in January 2020, constitutes the most comprehensive set of operational, clinical, and financial imperatives for home health agencies since the introduction of the Prospective Payment System (PPS). It will require significant shifts in the approach that agencies of all sizes take to delivering care, evaluating patient outcomes, billing for services, and sustaining operations. PDGM represents unprecedented opportunity for many providers – and a significant threat for many others – impacting every facet of operations.

Ensure your team is prepared for PDGM and join us for this critical five-part weekly educational webinar series beginning April 3. Each one-hour webinar explores a different component of PDGM, delivering the tools you need to assess your strengths and master PDGM independently.

For one registration price, your whole team can participate in the program, giving you the freedom to customize attendance according to session topic. You’ll also take away written guides and tools from each session, giving you the ability to conduct your own PDGM SWOT analysis, planning, staff education, and process improvement initiatives.

Sessions featured in the PDGM Education Webinar Series include
  • Saying Goodbye to PPS: Getting Ready Home Health’s Next Era (April 3)
  • The Importance of Smart and Accurate Coding: Optimizing Clinical Group Assignments and Getting Credit for Comorbidities (April 10)
  • New Approaches to Utilization Management: Timing, Admission Sources and Clinical Groups (April 17)
  • Documentation Management and the Revenue Cycle: Efficiency Improvements (April 24)
  • Key Process Improvement Initiatives: Where PDGM Planning Comes Together (May 1)

Be sure you are prepared for PDGM by joining the PDGM Education Webinar Series beginning April 3, running through May 1. You won’t want to miss out on this critical information.
